Tecman Certified as an Official Great Place To Work® for Another Year!

Every company will tell you that they’re a great place to work for and we’re about to do the same, but with the evidence to prove it.

We are thrilled to announce that we have been officially certified as a Great Place To Work® for the fourth consecutive year! 

Amongst those classified as a Great Place To Work® are some of the most reputable and successful companies in the country, so we’re in good company. 

What makes us particularly proud to be recertified is that we only receive this accolade because our team decided that we deserve it!  

As part of the recertification process, every member of the team was invited to share their honest opinions about our culture, values, and practices through an anonymous survey known as the ‘Trust Index™’. We are delighted to see that our team members feel valued, respected, and empowered in their roles, and that our culture fosters a collaborative and supportive environment. After all, there is no Tecman without our people and it is therefore their opinion that matters most! 

But just because we’re still a Great Place To Work® doesn’t mean that we’ll become complacent, we’ll use the feedback provided by the team to see where we can improve further. In fact, that’s a key reason why we get involved with Great Place to Work, it’s not just about being able to say we’re a great place to work, it’s about continuous improvement. We get valuable, honest feedback from our team through these surveys and we ensure we address everything raised, both the good and where improvements could be made.
