‘VAT in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central’ is available on the online LMS training platform and gives the users the tools they need to reconcile and submit VAT returns, create and/or update VAT statements, how to set up and use postponed VAT accounting and handling VAT differences & variable VAT rates on documents. It has 3 modules to work through and includes downloadable highly detailed instruction booklets for each one.
- VAT Returns in Dynamics 365 Business Central, 11 videos, 48 minutes, detailed instructions on the full process to reconcile and submit your VAT return, one very detailed but highly practical course booklet covering all aspects (38 pages) and some example reports as handouts
- VAT Setup in Dynamics 365 Business Central, 3 videos 41 minutes total, covers how VAT 'works' in Business Central, talks you through creating or updating your own VAT statement and includes template examples to get you started, main course booklet covers the setting up of the connection to HMRC and other aspects (31 pages)
- VAT Transactions in Dynamics 365 Business Central, 3 videos 23 minutes total, covers a range of topics from setting up and using Postponed VAT Accounting (12 page booklet) to handling VAT differences and variable VAT rates on documents to some recommended techniques to ensure journals only create VAT entries when required, each with their own detailed handout.
This course is vital for all accounts departments and the user responsible for the VAT submission for your business. It is a practical guide to help you become confident and self-sufficient.
