Delivered! is a new way of implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud.

We’ve taken our unmatched experience of implementing Business Central to deliver a fixed scope, fixed price implementation that gets you up and running, faster and cheaper.

Delivered! for financial management covers more than just the finance basics! Using our extensive implementation experience, we have included, as standard, the finance functionality you need to get going! From recurring journals, bank reconciliations and payment export – it’s all here as standard functionality.

It’s also supported by a team who understand the business challenges that growing businesses face. Dynamics 365 Business Central is an ERP solution that was designed for small to mid-sized businesses right from the beginning.  And whilst it’s a comprehensive business management system it’s easy to set up and start using quickly.  

As a cloud-based solution, there’s no hardware or infrastructure to be purchased or set up; it’s all there ready and waiting for you in the secure and reliable Microsoft cloud. Plus, all your information is available anywhere, anytime on your device of choice so you can work on the go.  

You can even manage business interactions with your customers and vendors, directly in Microsoft Outlook – the tool you already use each and every day. You can create and send financial documents, such as quotes and invoices, and see financial data related to customers and vendors, on your mobile device and without ever leaving Outlook. 

No. Dynamics 365 Business Central implemented using the Delivered! methodology is only available in the cloud.

No changes can be made to Dynamics 365 Business Central using the Delivered! implementation approach. There are some configuration options around key business processes but no development changes can be made. 

Additional capabilities can be added to the initial implementation in form of our Extra Packs. These packs included functionality for advanced finance, fixed assets, extended reporting, purchase order processing (POP), inter company, consolidation and expense management. There's also a productivity pack that makes entering, storing, sending & printing so much easier and quicker - plus it included credit control too!

Once you have been up and running for a few months, and really got to know Business Central and how it works in your business, you can kick-off a Phase 2 implementation to further extend and customise the solution for your specific business requirements. 

The budget and timescales for Delivered! rely on both Tecman and you (as the customer) committing to an agreed project plan and associated activities. If both parties complete all their responsibilities as per the project plan, the budget and timescales will be met.

The Delivered! implementation methodology includes all the advice, business process fine-tuning, data import, training and go-live support you need to get you raising invoices, collecting the cash and having complete visibility and control of all your financial processes.

Yes, an active Dynamics 365 (previously known as Office 365) subscription for all users is essential so you can take advantage of all the great Microsoft integrations with Outlook, Teams and Excel.  

You’ll also need reliable broadband connectivity as you would for any other cloud-based software.  

Yes. Dynamics 365 Business Central is licensed on a per named user, per month basis. Most people sign up for a minimum contract period of 12 months, with 24 month and 36 month subscription periods are also available. Once the contract period comes to an end, you can choose not to renew the subscription. 

There is also a option to pay for Business Central monthly with no contract period. However this typically costs an additional 20% extra. 

Yes. You can add Dynamics 365 Business Central users at any time. You can only remove Business Central users at end of your contract period. Most customers sign up for a 12 month contract, so you can only remove users at the end of that 12 month period.

The Delivered! implementation costs are paid for in 2 equal payments over the 2 month implementation period. If you choose to implement our Extra Packs for Purchase Order Processing, Intercompany or Consolidation and, as a result, your implementation period is extended, the implementation costs will be equally split over the revised number of months.  

The Dynamics 365 Business Central and Extra Pack licences are paid for as required and the Cloud Control managed service is only paid for once you have gone live. 

Delivered! from Tecman comes with two types of support.  

• Break-fix Help Desk Support - the more traditional helpdesk or break-fix support for when something unexpectedly stops working is included as standard in Delivered! implementations. Logging an issue is easy as you can just give us a call or log the issue via our support portal.  
   
  Plus the support portal is available 24 hours a day and with loads of helpful knowledge base articles you can sometimes solve the issue yourself straightaway! 

• Cloud Control Support – for making sure the 6-monthly Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud updates (and a few minor ones in between) are scheduled and applied without a hitch – and at a time that suits you best.  
   
  There’s also proactive monitoring of your system, data retention management to make sure you’re not paying for any unnecessary storage and a bit-sized, interactive education on what new functionality is available for each of your departments. The Clever Dynamics solutions available as Extra Packs for Delivered! implementations are Clever EDI (for integrated EDI with all the major trading partners), Clever WMS Devices (for integrated barcode scanning in your warehouse), Clever Landed Costs (for those that import products and need to keep track of freight, custom & duties, insurance and currency conversion costs) and Clever Essentials (making entering, finding, storing, sending and printing information, plus collecting cash, easier and quicker).
