Monitor it!
Monitored by the experts
Wouldn’t it be fantastic to have the peace of mind that your Dynamics 365 Business Central environment is consistently being monitored by cloud and Dynamics experts?
Our Cloud Control team will consistently monitor your platform by harnessing the benefits of our Platform Alerting & Monitoring Software (PAMS).
Custom Sensors to monitor your PaaS solution
Life’s not perfect! So where, and what, can you point the finger at if there is a problem with your PaaS solution? Leaning on our experience in both the Dynamics and platform environment, we will work with you to develop custom sensors that will monitor the points of the greatest chance of failure and minimise the potential impact to your business.
Those sensors monitor overall system health like Memory, CPU and network input and output as well as the performance of job queues and integration. PAMS then alerts us to any potential, or actual, issues.
Alerting you to the problems you’re not even aware of
Picture the scene. You come into the office, grab a coffee, check your emails and then realise there have been no online orders processed in the last few hours. Turns out the web services connecting your eCommerce solution and Dynamics 365 Business Central is down.
Alternatively, imagine if your credit controller starts chasing last month’s outstanding debt and a few calls in it becomes clear no-one has received your invoices. They’re usually sent out automatically as an overnight batch job.
Together our custom sensors and PAMS will ensure you don’t end up with egg on your face or lose business as a result. If there are any job queues, web services or other integrations that fail for whatever reason, PAMS will alert us, so we can get the services back up and running asap – and often before your team even realise there’s a problem.
Protect it!
You’ve heard about our dedicated service offering for you and our flash custom sensors but what about the Microsoft Azure platform that the PaaS solution sits on?
Microsoft's Azure platform
No, this isn’t a Microsoft typo of an exotic set of islands in Portugal. Microsoft Azure is the ever-expanding set of cloud services dedicated to helping your organisation to thrive and succeed. It gives you the freedom to build, manage and deploy applications on the foundations of a global network using your favourite tools and framework.
Trusted by the biggest companies in the world
A whopping 95% of Fortune 500 companies trust their business on Azure. It is backed by a $1 billion investment per year in security to protect customers’ data from cyberthreats. It’s anything but static so that you can prepare your product visions of today and the future.
Data Encryption against malicious activity
Encryption at rest provides data protection for stored data (at rest). In Azure, organisations can encrypt SQL data at rest without the risk or cost of a custom key management solution. In addition to satisfying compliance and regulatory requirements, encryption at rest provides defence-in-depth protection.
